TRXio Training, Consultation and Premium Services

TRXio is simple to use; especially with our available online FAQs, webinars, video tutorials and knowledge base articles, which are all FREE. We work on the platform every day to ensure workflows are easy to use and intuitive every step of the way. However, we realize in some cases customers may require additional training, which maybe “helpful or required” to maximize employee training, onboarding, turnover training opportunities, and or minimize and help alleviate double entry situations on integrations. Additionally, we know that the “transfer of knowledge” for new employees can take away from your day-to-day operational efficiency, and you may require some concentrated TRXio training time for general train ups, reviews, usage requirements, reports, workflows, understanding integrations and much more!

1-on-1 Training Hourly Rate: $140 per hour

TRXio standard training and consulting rate is $140 per hour. TRXio customers can schedule a training call with web-screen share for training on TRXio platform operations, tasks, usage and how to do requirements.

Premium Services Hourly Rate: $175 per hour

TRXio premium and additional services hourly rate is $175 per hour. On a project basis, TRXio offers customers services for custom configuration, workflow edits, report development and other special requirements.

One of the TRXio training packages are typically purchased by businesses who need to add or train new users to utilize your TRXio inventory workflows quickly and efficiently. Typically, one and two Mt. Elbert Training Packages are selected package for new D-Tools users to review integrations specifics, then guide users through the integration process the first time. Usually, three (3) hours is often enough time to build 1 to 2 single page reports depending on the data to be collected, and the organizational layout of the data for the report.

Training Packages

Base Camp On-site Training Package (Starting $3500)

Want us to come to you, to show you the ropes and kick start your excursion into inventory management bliss? Base Camp Training is onsite and starts at $3500 per day plus modest travel expenses.  Our TRXio sherpas (trainers) can come to your location to help you with initial setup or refresher training at your pace helping you set up, train, coach and offer the best practices for inventory management. All support travel within the continental United States must be booked 7 days in advance, and all international travel requires a minimum 10 days advanced notice plus requires booking a 2 day minimum (consecutive training days). All travel is billed in advance and is non-refundable.

Mt. Elbert Training Package ($249)

Includes two (2) sessions up to one (1) hour each of prepaid training blocks of scheduled training time, via phone and/or screen share; and all training must be scheduled a minimum of two (2) days in advance.

Mt. Whitney Training Package ($699)

Includes six (6) sessions up to one (1) hour each of prepaid training blocks of scheduled training time, via phone and/or screen share; and all training must be scheduled a minimum of two (2) days in advance.

Mt. Denali Training Package ($1099)

Includes ten (10) sessions up to one (1) hour each of prepaid training blocks of scheduled training time, via phone and/or screen share; and all training must be scheduled a minimum of two (2) days in advance.

Integration Services

Custom Integration Services ($175 per hour)

TRXio offers platform integration services for a variety of common business programs and platforms, and each custom integration is treated as individual projects on a case-by-case basis for overall scope of services. Custom Integration Services are estimated and billed at $175 per hour.

QuickBooks Integration ($695 per year)

QuickBooks integration and base setup, starting at $695 per year. Subsequent and additional integrations are treated as individual projects on a case-by-case basis for overall scope of services.

D-Tools Integration (starting at $499)

TRXio can assist customers with their initial one-time D-Tools integration and base setup, starting at $499 each integration. Subsequent and additional integrations are treated as individual projects on a case-by-case basis for overall scope of services.

Other Service Rates and Fees

Custom Account Setups (TBD)

Some businesses require the network locations to have one master license where the product, customer, internal location, etc. added need to be on all network licenses. Call us and we can setup your system to match your needs and workflows.

Label Branding or Logo Update ($1000)

Replace the TRXio logo in the bottom right hand corner of Print-on-Site label with your company’s logo. TRXio will help configure your brand or logo with a Print-on-Site 4” x 2”, 3.5” by 1.5” label template.

TRXio Full Rebrand ($6500)

Want the whole TRXio platform to match your brand? TRXio can be re-branded to hide the TRXio branding yet remain hosted, backed up and secure. We will rebrand the login screen, user pages and all printables to utilize your logo and naming. This is a one time charge (each time) and includes two (2) hours of pre-development planning calls, the upload of your logo and artwork (rebranding only) and two (2) hours of additional time for minor adjustments and tweaks on branding, logos and artwork only. Branding updates are priced for single subscriber licenses only. Master licenses with Network location licenses will require additional per network subscriber license branding fee. Rebrand fee is in addition to yearly subscriptions and user access fees per subscriber account.
