Your TRXio subscription includes technical product support for any TRXio specific platform bugs, problems and other TRXio technical related issues for general operation and updates. Please note that “tech support” is technical product specific support,not for training, “how to” inquiries and requests.
TRXio provides a number of general and special topic “How To Videos” for FREE! The video tutorials provide and assist customers navigate select common usage tasks and functionality processes with the intent of being a refresher overview. Additional and customized training sessions are available for a small fee (see services and add-ons).
TRXio provides a Knowledge Base Learning environment (ZenDesk) that supports a number of general and special topics for FREE! This provides and assists customers navigate select common usage tasks and functionality processes with the intent of TRXio.
Training and Premium Services
We recognize that many customers may need additional training services, customization and other support add-ons that are not included in the TRXio initial product offering, which may include the following.
On a project basis, TRXio offers custom configuration and report development services for customer requested account services and requirements for a fee of $175 per hour.
TRXio offers platform integration services for a variety of common business programs and platforms like QuickBooks, D-Tools, and others; and each are treated as individual projects on a case-by-case basis for overall scope of services.
TRXio offers a variety of training services and packages that can assist customers with initial and ongoing employee training, onboarding and staff turnover on the usage and operations of TRXio. Additionally, TRXio can provide special and customized onsite training events, refresher training and special occasions.
TRXio offers services that may help each customer with select custom and business development support of their TRXio subscription, which may include support with custom labeling requirements, brand and logo incorporation, and other services; and each are treated as individual projects on a case-by-case basis for overall scope of services.
